Tony has worked in the accounting/finance sector his entire adult life. His practice includes serving individual and institutional clients. He provides comprehensive planning and financial services including investments, risk management/insurance and estate planning within a consultative process.  His emphasis is on financial strategies for wealth-management issues determined through careful analysis of each client’s particular financial situation.

Tony was raised as a military dependent living in multiple states within the USA as well as in Europe. Prior to moving to Orlando in 2003, he worked in the accounting field in San Diego, CA.

Tony moved to Orlando with an opportunity to work as a general agent before establishing a relationship with Waddell & Reed in 2007.  He and his wife, Michelle, love the family feel of Orlando and appreciate the close community atmosphere, a great environment in which to raise their son and daughter, Cody and Jadyn.

Tony possesses the following financial licenses:

  • Series 7 General Securities License
  • Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law License
  • Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License

In 2020, Tony attained the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA) financial designation.

In 2018, Tony and fellow advisor Ryan Eckert co-founded EP Wealth Strategies, LLC and purchased their own office real estate in the MetroWest area of Orlando, Florida.

The Consultative process he uses includes the following steps:

  • Developing a financial plan by listening, asking questions, and identifying the client’s financial goals.
  • Analyzing and determining suitable strategies and asset allocations for the individual or organization.
  • Implementing an investment program according to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Monitoring the performance of the program and making adjustments as needed, depending on changes in the market or the needs of the client.

Tony is involved in the community. He is a past President for the Kiwanis Club of Orlando and served on the board of directors for Kiwanis Club of Orlando Foundation, and on the MSTU Apopka-Vineland Road Landscape Board for Orange County.  He has participated in the Adventure Guide Program with his son and daughter through the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA and enjoys spending quality time with his family.  He is a sociable person and understands that success is earned through good relationships, devotion and hard work.
